quite well recently and several things to start.
The recipe that I propose today is suitable for cold weather, because it is very rich in calories even though the rice that accompanies it makes it more fresh and leaves the palate clean and dry.
Serves 2:
2 pork shanks
to taste 1 small onion
flour 1 cup white wine (I used a tocai)
salt and pepper 4 handfuls of rice
vegetable broth q, b, 1 sprig of parsley
1 piece of lemon peel tomatoes
7 datterini
Procedure:
Wash the shanks, flour antiadarente and place them in a pan with chopped onion.
Brown and blended well with the wine, turn down the gas, cover and cook over low heat for about 30-35 minutes.
At this point add salt and pepper, add the chopped ponodorini and rice, bring the broth to cook for another twenty minutes.
few minutes before the end of cooking add the chopped parsley and lemon zest, chopped, cook for and serve !!!!!!
